To change to company information, site information, transfer account and contact information, please download the file below (Japanese only)

Once you have downloaded the file and prepared the necessary documents, please send them by post to the following address:

Important points

  • Depending on the information you wish to update, different documents might be required. Please check in the downloaded file to have the full list.
  • If you wish to change your site URL or the products or services you sell, you will need to be re-examined and it may take some time for the change to be processed.
  • If you are receiving monthly transfer payments from our company and you wish to change your bank account, all documents must be received by the 15th of the month.

If some of the necessary documents are missing, we might not be able to complete the change procedure.
