Money amounts

All charge and refund amounts must be submitted as an integer, with no decimal place separating major and minor currency units, if they exist. That is to say, if you are charging in USD, which has a 2 digit minor currency unit of cents, you must combine the dollars and cents into a single integer. E.g.: 10.00, ten dollars, must be submitted as the amount 1000.
