Statements

Statements will appear in the console a few days before the estimated transfer date.
You will also receive an email notification when a new statement is available.

Individual statements can be downloaded by clicking on the Download icon button at the start of a row.
It’s also possible to download all the results by clicking on the Download icon button at the right top of the table. Once the zip file is ready, it will be available through the notification bell and menu, at the top right corner of the screen.

If you notice any issue with a statement, please contact us before the estimated transfer date.

Statuses:

• Transfer: statement amount will be transferred to your bank account
• Carry over: statement amount is too low to be transferred, it will be added to the next statement
• Invoice: statement amount is due to be paid to Univa Paycast
